My passion lies in empowering teams to perform at their best by fostering environments where trust, collaboration, and respect thrive. During my time in uniform planning and conducting influence operations, I worked within and observed various organizational structures – spanning governments, agencies, companies, and contracts. Across every setting, one principle stood out: functional environments are built on empathy – listening to understand, not to interject.
